This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases and paid spin services at the Wheel of Fortune tent operated by OfficialPlayPortal Entertainment Inc. at National Bank Open 2026 events in Toronto and Montreal, Canada, as well as merchandise purchased through our official website OfficialPlayPortal.com.
Spin Services
Due to the immediate nature of Wheel of Fortune spin services, all spin fees ($2-$5 symbolic contribution) are generally non-refundable once the wheel has been spun and a prize sector has been determined. If a technical malfunction prevents the wheel from completing a spin, staff will offer a complimentary re-spin or full refund at their discretion.
Merchandise Returns
Physical merchandise prizes and items purchased at our stand may be returned within 14 days of purchase if:
- The item is unused and in original packaging
- You present a valid receipt or proof of purchase
- The item is not a personalized, perishable, or limited-edition promotional product marked as final sale

- Provide your name, purchase date, location (Toronto or Montreal), and reason for the request
- Our team will respond within 5 business days
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
Exchanges
We gladly exchange merchandise for a different size or equivalent item when stock is available. Food vouchers, mascot photos, and experience-based prizes cannot be exchanged.
